- The installation of Data and Communications
- New offices
- Partitions
- Walk ways
- Roofing
- Racking
To advise and undertake all matters regarding to the security of the facility including CCTV installation, monitoring maintenance
- Access door control
- Static guarding
To advise on Utilities
- Implementing cost saving initiatives
To advise on catering and site cleaning contracts and audit contract spend and quality frequently
To ensure facility documentation is kept up to date, including site plans of internal and external layouts and creating office relay outs, facility moves etc
To advise on planned maintenance programmes including the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance schemes of all plant and machinery and to ensure the relevant documentation is kept
